Only players who embodied that was Gilmour (Kingston, Ontario) and Clark (Kelvington Saskatchewan) they elevated their play in Toronto. Domi (Ontario) was the team guy who always looked out for his buddies on and off the ice.
Roberts and Niewendyk played their style no matter where they went. Sundin always left you wanting more..Talent and put up numbers but always made you question if he could have given more for the team. Arguement could be for Tucker and Corson but they beacam a distraction to the dressingroom and Tuckler never fully regained his swagger ( I bought his Jersey though)

Cherry was female doging about Burke not adding Canadians to the Leafs...I'm not arguing either side, n'or do I give a sh!t. I merely was pointing that although Burke is draft canucks, he's not signing canucks and more specifically Ontario guys.
If Burke has something against local boys...great...I dont care.
If Cherry is talking nonsense...great...I dont care.
I wasn't arguing anything...that yes Burke has drafted canucks but to cherry's point, the leafs dont have a lot of high level talented canucks.
