Im sad I didnt get a Brown jersey when I was contemplating this past year....

The rest is just gravy....having 2 guys that can run your point on the powerplay....just priceless.

Agreed. I think it's very telling to be a + player on an off year when you only contribute 7 goals and 21 assists...

He's no doubt in my mind a complete hockey player....maybe the most complete hockey player on our team.

and one who could probably thrive in carlyle's hard work systems.. he's got the frame and the strength along the boards to force the play forward.. and skates well enough to keep up with the open ice guys.

and he's a ridiculously hard worker.. personally i wont mind if burke signs him to a bit of an inflated contract.. with him.. it wouldnt bother me a bit

I don't think anyone thinks it'll all be smooth sailing...I was just commenting on the prospect of both having franchise dmen potential.

Except for the many, many missed games......comes with his line of work though I suppose.
I personally think Grabo and Kule show more heart and determination than anyone on that previous list.

Jake Gardiner still needs a lot of work.

I hope Leafs fans realize this.
