I thought with the leafs our 3rd line was more of a defensive role line or something like that? Carlyle can do whatever he wants, he will give JVR a chance at center, kadri doesnt have to be a center, he plays good on the wing and is more of a setter than a goal scorer.

Have they done us any good? do we have number one guys on our roster from our scouts? no we dont. Our scouts are morons and have been for the past years. Philly drafted guys in the first round 20th picks or so in carter and richards and giroux, etc. What have we drafted? That we still have in our system or in our lineup that can dominate the game? Thats right no one.

Brown - Steckel - Crabb is a very decent 4th line.

It would be great to get him. It would be just like when Komisarek was picked up. We can have the dream posts of imagines and ifs Penner came into form and played up to his potential as a power forward. (pf for BIG)

I don't think the Leafs will for the playoffs let alone the Stanley Cup unless they make some serious changes and add some talent. I would take it easy before saying they'll win it.
