If we acquire brodeur wont really help us. Come on guys the leafs poop on him during the regular season, hes not that good anymore. Luongo would be the man, though if florida gets him they are beyond stupid, leading to my conclusion that we can acquire markstrom

i am not going to insist on anything.. but you honestly think he wants to move to a contender? he's done that.. he's been playing on the cheap for the past few years and now he wants a big payday to go into retirement with

Meh, old man Brodeur's better days are behind him... His regular season record the last two years is very ho hum... Pay him $6 million and basically shelf him until playoff time and you may have something... his Geritol was clearly kicked in this spring...

Man I'd be happy to overpay one of the greatest goalies ever for 1 or 2 years instead of taking a 10 year contract from Luongo. Reimer and Scrivens learning from one of the best ever? Yep sign me up. |
