Not a ton going on. The Sabres will make calls on Parise and Suter because Terry wants to be a player for both, but neither likely land here.

Ruff wants Doan pretty bad but the fear is that A. at age 35 he will want a 5 year deal and B. he wants to stay out west...but they will call his agent at 12:01.

They want a "tough guy" but they are divided on a low level "heavyweight" who can actually play a little like ala Prust or a true Heavyweight like Parros who can't play.
