i remember being a little kid watching him come into the league - HAMgerber
annnnd after further investigation into his stats, i do not want langenbrunner on my team
bro is on the SERIOUS decline. he does make for a solid leader though |

I can't see him fitting in there, just my opinion. - SABRES 89
This we agree on....therefore Buffalo, Minnesota and NJ remain the front runners.
Outside looking in are Edmonton, Toronto, Colorado, NY Islanders |

I'm not very sure on a lot of things, but I'm pretty sure there is probably no mutual interest between Parise and the Edmonton Oilers. They already have a ton of top 6 talent, and if it's true that he wants to be "the man" I highly doubt he will be with 3 #1 picks on the team. |

Wellwood is a free agent, they are thin at center
Roy has to be going back
Leino antropov and the kid on the third line - homiedclown
If Roy is going to Winnipeg he is going to be one pissed off camper. I've never been there so maybe it gets a bad rap like Buffalo does but Karma's a female dog if he has a lot of 1's and 5's in his aquarium. |

I don't think he's coming to Buffalo, so we won't have to worry. - SABRES 89
Who will give him a front end loaded contract?
I'm not keen on Parise only, I would rather get a combination of Allan, jokinen and Doan, but Parise is definitely on the radar and he might see a contract just below that of Sid Crosby offered by Buffalo. |

like Passion said, I think he ends up in Pitt...who would you rather play with, Hodgson and Ennis or Crosby and Malkin? - Homer
Parise makes people better around him....doubt he will want to play behind Crosby, Malkin and Neal.....Pittsburgh is going all in on Sutter. |

No I never took credit for that story...Tim and Roy did horse around and someone ended up with a shiner. |

To be fair, they already got Sutter. Along with a 1st round pick and a prospect and only had to give up Staal |

It's a long shot he comes to Buffalo, Stafford or no Stafford. Pens, Red Wings, Rangers, Flyers, Kings, Wild. |

Jokinen sucks.
Cue the gifs. - PassionBucket16
He is a center that will eat some minutes on the PP and PK and be good enough until Armia, and the G brothers settle in.
Buffalo will address the center position in some shape or form and if I were to read between the lines of what Reiger said, lower level UFAs may be the target this year.
That is why Allan, Oli and Doan might be the guys rather than Parise.
PS. If St Louis wanted Parise, they would have already re-signed Langdenbrunner and Arnott. |
