O'Reilly played more this season because Duchene was injured but he's not exactly a surefire top-six center yet. He's more like Stoll was with the Kings. The Avalanche are in no rush to start dumping centers for no good reason.
The Avalanche wouldn't even reach the cap floor with the players they currently have so budget constraints aren't in the picture either. |

Looking at the Kings, with Kopitar, Richards and Stoll up the middle, I really doubt the Avalanche would be in a hurry to get rid of any one of those three centers. |
