ugh, he does fight and when he does he isnt a pansy who just holds on, he chucks em...hell he even took on Lucic...gotta disagree with you on this one - Homer
Kaleta's problem his style of play isn't good for his body. He gets hurt too much. |

Ive been anti-moving Ennis for a while, but Id be more against moving Pominville. I know what he "represents" to people, but hes a solid all around player, plays all situations and really isnt all that bad of a leader. I think moving him for Ryan, while you get size and more scoring, it just looks to me like a lateral move and not a "get better" move
My offer for Ryan would be Roy, Adam, Pysyk/Armia and 2013 1st - CaptPantalones
Capt, no offense, that's one of the worst trades I've ever seen on this site. Ryan is a winger. Early comparison of Armia is Vanek. Luke Adam can score and his confidence is shot. Analysts say next year's draft is the deepest in years. I don't think this team, as currently constructed, makes the playoffs. Therefore the pick is likely a top 12 pick. Pysyk will be a top 4 pairing dman here with McNabb and Myers.
Bad bad bad deal.
That deal for Getzlaf? I'm there, but not Bobby Ryan. |

In a heartbeat - PassionBucket16
So to improve our scoring we should trade the guy with the most points on the team and hope Ryan is a perfect fit for Lindy and this team like Pommer is.
STOP WITH THIS NONSENSE. GARTH THIS IS THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS THING YOUVE EVER SUGGESTED IT WOULD MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL |

Who's spot does Scott take on the team? McKormick? Matt (frank)ing Ellis!! 25 players currently that have NHL experience not to mention Grigorenko who I bet makes the team. Not sure if Corey Tropp has to be exposed to waivers before he is sent down to Rochester like TJ Brennan. Moral of the story, moves will have to be made. Bye bye Roy, for picks?

Get younger and get more goals. Enough said. Pominville would be great if he had a great center. He's good, but not great. |

Lucic won't fight him, not because he's afraid but because he's been told not to fight guys like Scott who are strictly fighters - KINGTUFF17
That is fine.
As long as we have someone on this team that can put some fear in their heart.
Let's see if Lucic decides to get stupid again and run Miller, then Scott would reshape his freaking face. |

I am going to go out on a limb here and say that Scott is going to put him in a position where he has to fight. Everyone knows what this signing is all about. |

You were calling it last season too. "Terry wants a goon" is what I remember you saying. Good call on this one, per usual |

you both lose out because neither of you had names
My source tells me that Darcy is still working on a forward, details to come (remember this post) |

plus they likely now move a d-man |

Brennan gets exposed to waivers and doesn't pass. - GilPerreault
What are you talking about? We are in the offseason, he doesnt go through waivers at all. Before the season starts you can bury anyone with a 1 way contract in the AHL and they dont go through waivers.
Hes an RFA anyways. I believe he was qualified but it hasnt been announced if he has accepted terms. |
