Poulin said today that the trade buzz is higher than he's ever seen it before (from draft to now). Burke said that because teams are shelling out mad money and terms for players, they now have bodies to move because of it.

He also stated that the chance of heading into camp with today's roster would be "very remote".

So, again, for all the antsy-pants, just relax and let's see what happens.
