Yep.....play hard while you can, you'll miss it when it's gone. I still ref hockey but it's not the same, I don't play very much at all anymore

At this point I've all but hung up the playing skates.

Nope I'm right with you man I love Ryan's game but Nash is a step above to me, I wish he would put us on his list. I prefer Nash over Ryan and Parise.

Edit.....Ryan has done his work with Getz and Perry. What the hell has Columbus ever given Nash to work with, beside Carter briefly. Nash has spent his years in hockey purgatory or as I heard a couple days ago " the Land of Misfit Toys"

That and Nash basically did it all on his own. Bobby Ryan is flanked by some talent. That doesn't mean he wouldn't be good here, but Nash is much more dynamic.

This Zach Parise crap is really making last year's Brad Richards fiasco look like anything but a circus.

I actually found the bantering kinda amusing most of the time.

I just miss the passion and fire that I saw and felt from the team in years past. Maybe I'm livin in the past but when I had season tix behind hasek and felt the electricity from the fans and team...I miss that....I need that...lol as of late watching sabres games is like a love hate relationship. You lovem so much u wanna hate them but at the end of the day ur right back to loving them again
