(frank)ing Brick, seriously. Bought a sofa for my new apartment in April. It's tailor-made, so they have to command it. We asked for it to be delivered on July 7th (Saturday) so we could be well installed when receiving it.

They called in May to say they'd deliver it the next day at my parents' house, in Trois-Rivières (wtf?). We call in the next seconds to tell them we don't know where they got that information, but that we want it in July at the apartment in Montreal.

Well, the next day, my father calls me to tell me he just turned down a Brick truck.


So last Saturday, the truck finally arrives with the sofa. The delivery guys drop it in the living room and GTFO as fast as they can.

We rip the plastic sheet out of the sofa......THE SECTIONAL PART IS ON THE WRONG SIDE

We called Brick, they'll order a new one, we'll receive it in 4-6 weeks.
