1980 - May 20: Referendum on the Sovereignty-Association proposal. The No side won.
1992 - October 26: Referendum on the Charlottetown Accord. The No side won.

So, every major referendum that did not directly deal with a Canadian's ability to purchase alcohol ended in a "No" vote? I think the Bloc should run with this...

Yeah cause polls are soooo hard to rig. Like they asked anybody not white or under the age of 60. The only way they got such a low number of %.
