Maybe sub one of those guys for Smyth who can be the one bashing in front of the net?
- Ballsackian

Smyth will prolly be on the 2nd unit with Hemsky and Gagner.

I hate that we took Moroz that early but I'm pretty sure The Magnificent Bastard knows more about it than I do. It will be very interesting to see how this Oilers draft turn out. IMO they went off the board more than usual. On a side note I love this Zharkov kid's personality I have both him and Yak on my twitter and they seem very excited to have been drafted by Edmonton. I hope Zharkov turns out more than any other player in this draft because he has such a great attitude.

Whoa I knew the Habs did well, but in your draft they stole the show. They ended up with the guys ranked #1, #16, #31, #38, #52 and #63

Yes. But Buffalo is up there with a very good draft in my mind as well.

1st unit pp might be ok.

- robin_steele264

If Yak's shot is as good as they say it is I think he swaps places with Ebs... Ebs is a pure sniper when he walks into the left slot and goes shelf into a two-inch hole

As a Flames fan, what's your honest opinion of Feaster trading down and taking Jankowski and What'sHisFace instead of taking Terravainen?

Can you tell me anything about this Jujhar Khaira kid?

All I know is that he's apparently one of those boom or bust guys. A former coach gave him a ceiling of Lucic/Bolland and a floor of Hordichuk.

Reportedly, he was 5'5" 160 pounds as a 14 year old and is now 6'3" 200 pounds as an 18 year old. He's also apparently slow as anything.

Just that he's good around the net -- has a powerful stride, decent vision and maturity. His skating is long, but the problem is that his feet are a bit heavy out of the gate so it takes multiple strides to get going.

For him it'll be about how he develops now. He's got tools. That's about it.

Not high on Jankowski--- long road ahead of him. Sieloff is my kind of player, but I'm not sure how to project him because he is a bit smaller for his game.

They got good value later on with Coda Gordon. And I like Jon Gillies a lot.

UFA - Justin Schultz
A terrific skater, many will be reminded of Toronto's current defender, Jake Gardiner. Best friends at college, the two became a force in the NCAA, as both were PPG Dmen in Jake's final year. Schultz is a high end prospect with very good vision and IQ. He finds open men with slick passing and makes those around him better from the back end. He has a good frame to add to long term. Schultz has a big shot, but is more known for his slick rushes and end-to-end plays.

Our other players were too far off the board to be on Huddle's radar
