Worst case scenario, that player will have the best value to trade for something you need.

Pronman has a boner for everything Detroit does. They have a few nice guys coming up though in Tatar, Jarnkrok, Pulkkinen, Jurco, Ouellet, Nyquist and Frk.

So what. Montreal has taxes against them, but places like NY, LA, Chitown have it way worst. A luxury condo downtown montreal will cost you a million, but it's about 10 million for the same thing in those other 3 cities. It's cheaper to live downtown Montreal than to live in the suburbs in those 3 cities. It's no excuse.
