What is up with all the chatter about Kyle Beach lately? I thought the "Bust" label was already firmly planted on his forehead
- CBHawks88
That's what I thought as well. Who has been talking about Beach??? - nelli312
No one important. I just have been seeing his name thrown around more often recently I almost forgot we wasted a first on him |

Can we have a Luongo free day, or am I going to have to post this as a response to EVERY Luongo post? - EKolb13
You could plug "trade Frolic" in there as well. That idea has been beaten like a dead horse on this board for 6 weeks now, and nobody wants to accept the fact that were stuck with him for next season. |

Yep, and we passed on Tyler Myers in that round.

Hockeyy Insiderr @HockeyyInsiderr
I can confirm that Kane's name has been mentioned several times in these discussions. But #BlackHawks price way 2high for #Habs right now.
Kane appears to be off the table.
Hearing among names discussed going to #BlackHawks Bourque/Weber/Kristo. Also picks being discussed. Nothing imminent as of right now. #Habs
Don't like the names, except Weber. - scorerstouch
If Bergevin can get Bowman to take Rene Bourque back in a trade...The GM of the Year Award should go to him immediately.
On Twitter@AlCimaglia
To mention someone is on the table one day and off the next is a good way of never being wrong... |

I've been waiting all day at work to write on here. I know you guys have moved off this issue to guns and *cough* luongo *cough* but Kane should not be traded or thought about trading, unless a deal blows you away. This deal listed is not enough for me. These teams need to make us an offer we can't refuse, and reiterate the trade by calling Bowman and saying, "Here's an offer you can't refuse" in the godfather voice. We would be trading our 1RW/2C and 3D for a 2C and 3D. Where does this make sense?! Why would we possibly trade not only a top 6, but a top 3 player for that? In my opinion, we get worse. Kane put up about 60 points while playing in a position he was not familiar with. Kane is a top wing and paired with Toews is awesome to watch. I think we need to trade for a 2C without trading a top 6 or hand it to Kruger. Kane needs to move back over to RW alongside Toews. Pairing Hossa and Toews with Kruger can really help him develop well.

Just my opinion, but I'm leaving my view of Kane off the ice out of this. Kane gets along with his teammates and is not a clubhouse cancer, and we want to trade him? Yet bringing in E. Kane is a great idea.
Sorry for my little rant here, I've had about 9 hours today to think this over and it was a crappy work day. Oh well, beer time. |

That's alright, I can accept it. It's all opinion anyway. No one here has one ounce of say in the matter. |

Well hey, if he only shows up for the playoffs, we might as well keep him. Seems to be the only one that does lately. |
