Yea I forgot hes a RFA. I dont know which tier though so I'm not sure what sort of compensation they would get. I assume hes fairly low though. Thats why LA wants a NHL ready player and I read a 1st round pick - eric.killham
I think Bernier requested a trade dictated that he's going to go at some point.
Trading him now makes sense as the goalie market is so dry.
Here's hoping Hawks can put an actual respectable package together for him. |

(frank) you, you get a (frank)ing clue. Come back when you know what the (frank) you're talking about.
H. Sedin most overrated player in the league...playoff no show.
Crosby comatose for most of the last to years.
St. Louis meh
Datsyuk...phenomanl two way player...passing ability not as good as Kane. - Ogilthorpe2

i disagree there 100%
i think you are over valuing subban ( like everyone does). I think hes a good to great player, but not the second coming of christ like people make him out to be
but under valuing plekanec as well - nightmare3020
When all people say something about someone. It's actually becoming an good evaluation of the player. Not agaisn't or for Subban here. But all the GMs and TSN or whatever that tlaked about him so far said that he had a really good value so far. |

Dude get a clue. I'm from London, Ontario. watched kane play live for a season. No question the kid has talent, but his p - TendyLyfe02[assing ability is no where near:
H.Sedin
Crosby
St. Louis
Datsyuk
etc..................
(frank) you, you get a (frank)ing clue. Come back when you know what the (frank) you're talking about.
Every player you list is a better all around player than Kane...none of them are better passers than Kane. |

The only thing I dont like about Danault is that he's small 6'0" 170lbs. I think he can be a good 3rd line, maybe 2nd line, center. Hes got a good work ethic though - eric.killham
Danault has put on some weigh, Hawks list him at 185 now.
He's only 19yo. |

Watch that kid play sometime. He reminds me a lot of Bolland, and Danault wins faceoffs. - EKolb13

Krejci can dish a puck too....

We get it dude. You think Krejci is as good a passer as Kane , Assists only tell part of the tale, Kane makes all universe passes tape to tape all the time , just because guys like Morrison and Burnette didnt finish on like 20 door step opportunities doesn t make Kane a worse passer. |

hes a great talent and yes he is a great passer.... but to say hes the best with players like crosby, sedins, thronton and the list goes on and on and on....
thats like me saying kessel is hands down the most natural goal scorer in the league
just not true - nightmare3020
Thornton?!

We dont really have room for more NHL ready players. Unless we suffer a huge injury in training camp. |

I love the way this kid plays the game: intense, creative, high hockey sense, tons of desire, very competitive. |

according to logic on here, what im trying to say...i guess...is:
1 kane beauty pass + 1 krejci beauty pass = tie for the best passers in the league |

this is a true statement if the only thing you look at from a talent perspective is "soft hands"
Krejci has better vision and passing ability. He can also win faceoffs and play in both ends of the rink.
I agree Kane is talennted and i would like to see him come to boston but we are giving up a huge piece in Krejci
And Crawford has proven he is not a starter, therefore his stock drops and will be put into a back-up postition - TendyLyfe02
I won't give you better vision and passing on Krejci vs Kane. Kane may be many things, but his vision and passing are top notch, ask any scout.
As far as Crawford, yeah, he was shaky at times last year, but look at the previous year, especially in the playoffs. He's obviously much younger than Thomas, and based on his previous year, he has shown that he can be a starter, but this is a key year to either prove last year as a down year, or prove whether the first year was a fluke. |

hes declining as of late, but hes been up there for years.
you dont accidentally get 90 assist seasons, or accidentally get 754 career assists |

The trade from the blog could make things very interesting. Assuming Sharp would go back to the right side as her prefers, would the left wings rotate amongst Stalberg, Shaw and Carcillo depending upon who is hot and the matchup? I like the way the D falls together with the more physical Subban. |
