Not that it matters, at the time I like the Carter trade and didn't like the Richards trade. Schenn and Simmonds were good pickups though. Just like Richards a player.

We have a great young team. We can always improve, but even with the JVR trade we have a great young core - enjoy!

We just don't remember them as vividly because we don't care about the player that flubbed it. And in arguing both sides, you have to take all the factors into consideration. Which on that play is that one, Voracek is reaching behind him, which cause him to lose his balance. And secondly, which is rarely taking into consideration by a lot of fans, is that the puck is on edge and spinning. Do you know how hard it is in that situation to get good wood on the shot? The puck for obvious reason fluttered in which allowed the Goalie, on a great effort, to make the save. Nobody comes close to burying that 99/100 times. If you buries that, with all the circumstances involved, 50% of the time. You'd be doing dam good.
