There is no doubt in my mind that a Parise, Suter, Ryan, Nash, Doan woiuld help the Hawks. But the kicker is this, we dont need them. We have the best young captain in the game. We have an elite playmaker. A 30+ goals a year sniper and pending health we have a world class all around hockey player. We have a Norris trophy winner and a dynamite physical stay at home D-man in seabs. The reason Stan is a failure is simple. He wastes his time being "big" on FA's and allows the lunch pale guys that the Hawks need to go other places because he wants to make a big splash for the scum bag, sandusky look alike that is John Mcdonnah. Build yopur team around the Superstar talent you have by bringing role players. To win the cup you need production from everywhere in the line-up.

Nick one thing this team needs is top 6 grit it basically has NONE carcillo on any other team on planet Earth would not be on the 2nd line...i love the guy but...we have softest top 6 in hockey ....and one more year of Toews or Hossa or maybe Kane goes down this year Ryan Reaves tried to take his head off ...were good real good...just not real tuff.
