Myers, Ehrhoff, and McNabb will be a very good trio of d-men for the next 8 years. If they add another UFA to that group than we would have a very solid top 4.

which might be a reason why a guy like Pardy could get called up instead of brennan because they don't want to risk losing Brennan but a guy like Pardy... they would be happy to not have to pay him.. but if he does come up he is still an experienced NHL d-man

problem with pardy is if he is claimed on the way back down or up after starting in roch, i think they are on the hook for half his salary towards the cap.. i am sure they don't want that.. my guess is McNabb would be the first call up..

We appear to have some really nice young talent on the way up but without a pure scoring center and a good vet leading this team were still years away. Now this could change with one trade but the move has to be made.

agree I think people held tpegs saying he wants to win the cup within 3 years. Take a look at the talent that can come from our youth where most teams who win the cup draw their players from. this roster can be very very good in a year or 2.
