To be honest the only thing that really bothered me about Kadri wasn't his game, it was his approach off ice. I remember his 1st and 2nd year in, they asked him to get bigger but it seemed like took the Kyle Wellwood approach of bulking up. his skills are there. his conditioning sucks.
