As someone who has been a member of hockeybuzz from almost day 1 i find it almost unbearable to read the posts anymore. The pages and pages of constant fighting among each other about the stupidest things every single day is getting old really fast.

I wish there was a way to block individual names so i can just bypass all the useless nonsense.

Its really gotten out of control the past few months. I liked the Sabres portion of hockeybuzz better when Golisano owned the team.

His hand wasn't broken, he had fully recovered from it when he returned to the flyers lineup. It's true we don't need him to be nasty but he would be a lot tougher to play against and more entertaining to watch if he was

Luke Schenn is tough and nasty, but he is very easy to play against because that's all he focuses on. Myers just needs to play his game, he will be fine

Just because someone has devoted more idle time to a message board than me in their life does not constitute them being anywhere as close to a more educated or bigger fan than me.

That card has been played out and is old quite frankly. It's like what children do and I know because I have 6 of em . If you feel "entitled" or like you are the "big man on campus" on a message board because you have "been here longer, then you clearly need to get a life !

I really don't think you can compare the two of them. I am a big Vanek fan and I know he isn't worth the 7mil but his contract was forced on them. Nothing new but if he was signed to a contract that they offered to him(5-6 mil) no one would care about his contract.
Vanek you are paying for his production and Doan you are paying for his leadership and overall game.

I literally disagree with myself on some instances just to start an actual hockey conversation, instead of youtube videos, pictures etc, sometimes the videos or pics are funny, but most of the time there are 5 pages of micro brew pics, or Olli Jokinen gifs.

I love Vanek, but I don't really like Darcy, he's growing on me after 15 years but the problem I have with Vanek is that for 50 games a season, he looks like a 7mil 40 goal scorer, but for 30 games he looks like sh*t, thats the most frustrating for me. It's Darcy's fault that he was handed that contract, but Vanek does not live up to his potential or his contract.

I'll let you know when I figure it out.

I am a 45 year old happily married man with 6 children ages 26 to 13 (3 boys and 3 girls) and I cant stand hanging out with most men because the pure defecation that falls from their mouth makes me wanna puke.

7 Million for Vanek at the time seemed absurd but 7 million for 25 goals doesnt even seem ridiculous anymore
