tough to find a terrasse in the west-island that doesn't look into a parking lot.

they have a nice one at this place called Il Centro in Pointe-Claire village, mrs. dt had been wanting to try it out for years and we went there on friday. It was pretty good. I had a salmon tartare followed by a mushroom rizotto.

the tartare was good although too lemony. I like lemon but it was a bit overwhelming and you could barely taste anything else. the rizotto was good but don't ask for extra parmesan on it as it's salty enough on its own.

problem is they don't take reservations for the terrasse and they have no A/C inside so if it's hot you're kinda screwed.

there's another italian place a bit further down with a terrasses on the street. I forget the name but I've eaten there before. It's more of a pizza/pasta place.

you can always try Ste-Anne but there are a lot of repairs there and parking is a mess.

Peter's Cape Cod doesn't look like much but it's pretty damn good.
