psst , it's not just the card. i can't wait for the first batch of retirees , hooked on pain meds or meth , living out of cheap motels , maybe a little jail time here and there. watching them live on cnn with a hooker/hostage trying to get away riding the motel's lawn mower. that's when the entertainment starts for me.

Pete , there are very good reasons why gladiators were fazed out and here we are slowly bringing it back. sadly it's not just entertainment , lots of mimicking going on by way of bar fights , guys being permenately disfigured or killed because they looked at someone's girlfriend. remember the days of giving a guy a chance to get up ? those days are long gone. if the guy got up and then gave it right back to you then at least you fought like a man and not a coward who has to jump on a guy while he's down , sit on his chest and beat him to death. this is accepted and encouraged in ama , ufa , little kids watching ....
