You say they lack grit in front of the net but there's no room on the D lineup for such a player. I think they decided to give 2.5m to Prust hoping he would fill that role. After all, you dont need to be a d-man to push and shove around the net after the whistle.

Long term ça fait quand même plus de sens d'échanger DD. Admettons que dans 2-3 ans on a Gally comme #1 et Eller comme #2, qui tu préfères avoir comme #3, DD ou Plek? J'ose croire que si Bergevin contemple un échange pour Plekanec, il va considérer ce point-là du long terme.
