If the streets and malls in your town are so dangerous maybe you should move,

I live in the murder capital of canada and there is no mall or street that i would be scared to walk down, unless I knew that Somalian gangs hung out in the area, and even then if i don't bother them they won't bother me. It's not like East LA, it's Somalina tribes bringing their tribal rivalaries with them.

This is pretty much how it is where I live too. Nobody denies that there's gang activity, but the vast majority of the residents are just trying to earn an honest living and raise a family.
