He didnt because he didnt see it becoming a trend likely and the frankly Parise and suter arent getting $26 million in the first year....also Weber will be 41 and if Nashville loses Suter and Weber, look for that market to implode.......Bettman wont let that happen.....

The CBA also gives the right to the NHL to void any deal that they feel is cap circumvention. Thats why they first voided Kovalchuks deal then amended the rule...theyll do the same here....I know youre excited, but Weber wont be a Flyer next year.....
