Why don;t they have a chance at Doan? He's not closed to coming East, as he's visiting the Rangers tonight. He's never said anything about not being interested in Philly.

Thats my stance also. I know the Flyers want Weber but at some point theres a price that your not willing to match.

Not sure if anyone has said this but when Scott Stevens signed an offer sheet to go to the St. Louis Blues from Washington, Washington's GM was David Poile....

I would say Voracek has shown more in his career with points, ability to PK, then JVR has to warrant an extension in the $4 million range. This is coming from a huge JVR believer.

It may well be. There's valid reasons to drag it out no matter what the decision is.

IIRC the Canucks only took 3 days to match the sheet to Kesler.
