Should I focus on cardio or strength training to improve my fitness? I'm looking to improve my fitness, but I can't decide where to start. I've read that cardio helps improve endurance, but strength training makes the body tighter. Do you have any tips on where to start to get the best results?

It depends on your goals. If you want to improve your endurance, cardio would be a great choice. However, if the goal is to improve muscle tone or increase strength, you should focus on strength training. Some people also combine cardio and strength training for better results. If you are looking for supplements to speed up progress, you could try Zptropin hgh for sale which can be purchased through httрs://www.ecbt.org/product/zptropin-160-iu-kit-usa-domestic/ it will aid recovery and can support your training efforts. But before using any supplements, it is important to consult your doctor.

I think there is no best approach, and it all depends on what exactly you want to accomplish. If you need to improve endurance or burn fat, cardio is the way to go. To increase strength and mass, it's better to emphasize strength training. Either way, it's important to remember that your progress will depend on your nutrition and resting regimen, don't forget these aspects.
