i really think the Bruins will transition very nicely into the rask era. kids got a ton of talent and khodobin has looked very solid in his short stint in Boston and is ready for an NHL backup role. goaltending not a problem but primary scoring could be more of an issue. |

no one will offer sheet Subban. for the most part, offer sheets are a tactic used against teams with salary cap or financial issues. Montreal has neither so offer sheeting Subban would be nothing more than a "(frank) you" to Montreal rather than a true attempt to poach the player, and i would think most GMs are above that.
as for the NE, Boston is so far above everyone else it's pathetic, both now and for the forseeable future. Buffalo's talent is overrated. there's a reason they end up 7-10 every year. they're mediocre at best. Ottawa will take a step back, i imagine and miss out. Toronto can'teven be taken seriously until they have some goaltending. that aside, despite what Leaf fans all think of that defense, it's not very good at all, and their forwards are probably the softest in the league. as for Montreal, sorry, but they suck. good goaltending, average D and one forward line capable of scoring. i don't see how anyone can argue that. and nothing done over the summer changes any of that. just got to wait for the youngsters to develop. |

His carreer playoffs statistics are better than Price. Well, pretty much all his carreer stats are better.
Granted he played for a better team and has seen less action.
I think it was good to play a smaller role in his early carreer, I see no reason that now at 25 entering his prime the Bruins would not trust him. |
