Well written, Loved Timmy, even after winning his first vezina, he was underrated around the league, and at home. Just look at the turnstile that was our goaltending between Moog and Thomas, it would be funny if it wasnt so pathetic.

Your best work yet Ty, I couldn't agree more with everything. I will always think of Thomas as the biggest reason the Bruins won the cup, he had one of the best individual season performances in Boston sports history.

There will always be fans and media members with an axe to grind with Thomas whether it be because wanted to see Tuukka, or he just wasn't the best interview. They found an "I told you so" and justification for disliking him when all his whacky moments.

Vezina, Conn Smythe, Cup and let only in 7 goals in 8 games during the Finals. Well worth losing him to whatever he chose to do afterward.

Good read. Helluva goalie & competitor. I always admired his play, but really became a fan when he slammed Sedin.

The Garden could have its smallest crowd in quite some time tonight, I'm sure it would be difficult to cancel it with the Bruins having a game scheduled for tomorrow and the compressed schedule.

I wonder if some you guys who live in various parts of Canada or even the U.S. are laughing at us having a tough time with 24" of snow.

Thank God. No clue how I'd get there from the Burlington area without the T.

One writer thought canceling the game was an overreaction because the roads he drove on were fine. I think they did the right thing.

They absolutely did. I mean, there's a whole slew of reasons why it's the right call, but I looked at from two points of view: The City of Boston will not want thousands of people flying in to their unfinished streets and roads in search of parking for the B's game, and the B's didn't want to deal with people that couldn't make it female doging, demanding refunds, and the like.

The Bruins wouldnt refund a penny if they played the game. We all know that. Good idea to cancel though, when they changed the game time we talked about going in, but with no trains running, that wasnt going to happen.

When you think about it, his 2010-2011 campaign wasn't just one of the greatest and most dominant in the history of Boston sports, but North American team sports, especially if you measure against other great seasons that ended in a championship.
