I doubt that's accurate... why on earth would they offer less money for Vinny than Brière?

Two observations:

1. It sounds very much like Lavi is going to give Vinny a long look at playing on G's right wing. That probably means Schenn stays at C on the 2nd line and Jake gets the keys to be the primary goal scorer on the 2nd line. I don't mind this as it evens out the size/physicality on each line a bit.

2. Vinny comments on his fight with Schenn but not Talbot? Interesting since that was the fight that had the most controversy around it.
