that's what I was thinking:

Zadorov down - weber back from IR
Risto down - Mcnabb in
Grigo down - Adam in
Larsson down - Kaleta back.

The only two I don't really care for is the risto/mcnabb swap and the larsson/kaleta swap. I think they will happen, but don't fully agree with them.

Meh, I can really give or take. I just want to have 2 lotto picks in the next 2 years.....Especially the number 1 for next year (Connor McDavid ) but as long as there is some direction, I am ok. Hopefully Adam isnt Stafford Jr.

Hey Phineas. How about repeating your comments to the Less Is More blog. Seems no one (who writes) was listening.

Case in point, Mikhail Grigorenko and Nikita Zadorov. Neither youngster has managed to crack the lineup under the new regime. The two young Russians were also healthy scratches for Regier and Rolston’s final game vs. LA last Tuesday night.

While I do think Zadorov will be back in London very soon, I don't think this is a fair assumption to make, yet. Nolan has coached 2 games. The first game he won, so he went with the same lineup the very next night. That's not very uncommon.

Source: All other interviews canceled today after Kenny "freakin" Powers was seen leaving the building. It is speculated that there will be an announcement tomorrow stating that Kenny Powers is the new GM of the Buffalo Sabres.

Neither Tropp or Flynn has looked very good. Tropp can't stay on his feet and Flynn has to be the softest player in the league. I would sent both of them down for Adam/Kaleta.
Adam has 13gs in 14 games, and we can't can't score.

agreed. Flynn I can take or leave. he was a plug from the Amerks that has had flashes but generally doesn't impress me. Bring up Adam for kicks and dump flynn. I could care less what happens to Kaleta. Grigorenko is a tough one because he really needs to be in the AHL. I would not send him down to the Q but I would have him as the 3rd line center or wing in a role similar to Seguin when he first came up. Zads I would send down and maybe Risto until we trade one of D to make room, some time in the A couldn't hurt him.

Grigo needs to play more. Preferably with 1st or 2nd line players.

Nolan will not put him there till he shows he deserves it . The same deal as with Regier and Rolston . Grigorenko needs to wake up and realize this not junior and he needs to up his compete level big time . Then Nolan will put him where you and him feel he should be.

Hopefully. This wouldn't be the first player that mailed it in consistently. I almost wonder if sending him to the Q (which I don't like the idea of) would be better for his career. I read recently on HFboards where Briere basically said he mailed it in with the Coyotes and he was waived to the AHL, no one claimed him, and he worked his butt off to get back to the NHL. Then they realized they had a tradeable asset and sent him to us for Gratton and the rest is shortlived history.

I hate to say it but it is the best thing at this point. Just not ready for the NHL and cannot go to the AHL . Just to be clear I do not hate him . I think he has potential but the ice time is what he needs.

Rats! It's for the best, but rats! regardless! He's really getting screwed with the transfer agreement. Especially since he won't be eligible for the AHL until their playoffs start.

Only good thing about going to the Q is that he will play lots of minutes. I agree he really needs to be in the AHL.
