He's a solid depth-guy for points in my fantasy league!

No doubt Krug has been pleasant surprise for the Bruins, but I have to wonder what kind of impact his minutes/opportunities (i.e. PP time and key situations) are affecting Hamilton's development?

Definitely a good problem to have, but Hamilton is the future of the Bruins' blue line, not Krug. I suppose it does buy Boston some time to be a little more patient with Dougie.

dougie is getting almost 20 minutes a game this year compared to like 17 for krug. also a plus 9 to krug's 6. it's not affecting it at all. they'll be plenty of room for both of them for year's to come.

Roughly zero impact.

Dougie is logging 1st pairing minutes (minus PK) at the moment and running the 2nd PP unit.

Bruins blueline looks great going forward with Hamilton, Krug and Bartkowski stepping up his play as well.

I would probably say it is helping his development, Krug producing so many points takes the pressure off Dougie and the rest of the blue line having to produce offense, so now he can really work on his defensive and positional game first, the offense part can come together slowly.

Nice Job Julie, the kid has been a great addition, Krug-Dougie and Bart (when he plays) puts wheels on the blue-line for the bruins, which is something they haven't had in quite a long time.

Happy Thanksgiving
