As per the random dude on twitter comment. I think that in the information age we live scouts are still very required. That said any good scout would be using all info available to them twitter or otherwise. There are people out there that have a very good grasp on talent in every market. Having watched kids come through the system here I have seen quite a bit of talent and I have had a pretty good idea of who was gonna make it and who wasn't. I really believe that we will see more of this type of thing happen.
