I don't have the sound on at work, but I believe it has to do with Randy Moss' interview about how he was going to pay a fine. I think that is what he is inferring that is Pegula's attitude in buying the Bills.
Of course, my joke would be:
"If I want to make money, I can buy an NFL team". |
