I wouldn't worry about him being a center too much. It's a lot easier to transfer from center to wing. It's a much bigger deal that they have a quality forward prospect with a right handed shot.

Wish sanheim would have been there but I trust Pracet.

His future looks Bleak, if you know what I'm saying. I would call him Bustley, but Bleakley does it's job.

It's seems a draft strategy to draft players who grew up liking the avs and Sakic, but what's not to like

He's still 2-3 years away, I wouldn't worry about the current roster make up too much, seems like a character guy, captain at 17 on sutters team. I have faith seems like a solid no risk pick. Shows some faith in the d prospects in the system I feel as well. Maybe some FA D pick ups? With all this talk of Iginla moving on from boston I've started to think he'd look great in an avs jersey.

He can play both wings as well but I don't see how it's his replacement since ROR has been playing left wing, not third line center.
