What happened to officials, usually linesmen, grabbing the top of the glass and hoisting themselves up on top of the boards to get out of the way. This was common practice back when I was playing as an amateur (60s & 70s). Top of glass too high today?
Also, I was intrigued by the NHL experiment during the development camp a few years ago with positioning officials off of the ice surface. Anything come of that? |
