Key to this PP seems to be player movement. They don't create any holes when they are standing in a circle passing around. Have to shuffle the cards or the PKers are content to just sit there and watch the perimeter passes

I also voted C. But I give them a little bit of a break with the "C+" because I think Miller's been mediocre overall and with the Hamhuis injury the defense has been really struggling.
