They need to address the Gilbert-Emelin duo...the number of turnovers in a game are ridiculous.

Beaulieu has been playing very well...don't know what happened during the time he was last sent off to Hamilton, but he's not the same player. Not as flashy offensively, but that will come back with time.

Dumont rotating with Malhotra at practice for the 4th centre spot...wonder if that's the last time we seen him with the team...Certainly fits the bill as a 4th line player, at least better than Thomas.

I suppose one thought I return to often is whether MT asks players to shoot for shooting sake and they aren't getting it done, or he asks them to look for better opportunities at the risk of a terrible corsi rating and those opportunities are giving the results we are seeing from the team.

If MTs system is to look for the best possible shot on every possession then I see a fault that will spell doom come playoffs or a Price injury. If he is asking players to put the puck on net more often and they aren't delivering than he needs to make changes and force the issue.

Wanted the Habs to sign Boyle last summer so he could act as a mentor for Beaulieu. I guess Gonchar is a pretty good plan B.

I would like to see a trade that would land Grossman to play in Emelin's spot. This team need a RW to play with patches and the answer isn't and never will be Parenteau.
