Fun fact: Federov and Pronger will be the Anaheim Ducks' 4th and 5th Hall of Famers, following Scott Niedermayer and "franchise legends" and longtime Ducks Jari Kurri and Adam Oates. I don't know about you guys, but I remember Federov for his time in Anaheim. |

Yeah, neither player will be remembered for their time in Anaheim. Federov is a Red Wing, Pronger is a Blue. The first REAL Ducks hall of famer will be Selanne. |

Fedorov played 12 seasons for Detroit before playing 2 seasons with Anaheim. I think most people would remember him playing for Detroit. Same with Pronger. As much as I enjoyed him in Philly, he'll be remembered for playing in St. Louis. |

Always an interesting question... where do you remember a player from? The notable one to me is Hasek, who played pretty long stints in both Buffalo and Detroit. I still think of Hasek as a Sabre despite his success and tenure as a Red Wing afterwards. It was cool that Buffalo chose to retire his number at a game against Detroit this year.
Federov is certainly remembered as a Wing, and Pronger as a Blue, but does Anaheim still take some pride in them when they are put into the Hall? As a fan, I don't know how I would feel about it, but I haven't been in that situation as future Hall of Famers don't often end up Leafs towards the end of their careers. |

You can't claim Fedorov when you spell his name wrong. |

You may be too young, but Joe Nieuwendyk & Ed Belfour say "hi".
There's other examples that include Ron Francis, Brian Leetch, Phil Housley, potentially Eric Lindros. Likely to be a drought in the future though. |

I do think some players deserve being remembered for more than one place. Al MacInnis for example. 11 seasons and a Conn Smythe trophy in Calgary, number honored in the rafters. 10 seasons and a Norris trophy in St. Louis, number retired. All star multiple times for both teams. |
