101 points. Never would have thought it game 1. Frankly, Im not a big believer this team could go far. But this season seems so unpredictable that I think anything is possible at this point.

After a mega long week and a few drinks I fell asleep last night at 4-2 (Ibelieve) Heard Sven had a good game though.

I am a believer its a whole new season. Finals here we come .

Vrbata ended up hitting career highs in points (63) and ppg (12). Dude is on fire 14 points in the last 12 games.

That is why I think Kaaptans wanting the Hawks and Kings is stupid beyond belief. Take the path of least resistance .

Last time we made the finals we were beaten up to start the series and it got worse.

Ended up taking Price.

Someone mentioned that the win last night pushed us down 4 spots in the draft...not sure how this works for playoff teams...can someone confirm?

Currently Vancouver has the 8th best record in the NHL had they lost in regulation they would of had the 13th best record.

I believe draft seating is set for all playoff teams except for the two teams that end making the finals.

So unless Canucks make it to the finals they will be picking 23rd.

OK. Read somewhere that the conference finalists would get picks 27/28 and the SC Finalists get 29/30.

Funk. So (not to be all half glass empty but) if we lost last nights meaningless game, we would have been picking 19th instead of 23rd? Unless we make it to the Conference or SC finals?
