LAK had a solid defense before, should have a very good one now. |

That just... ugh, that price for Ehrhoff pisses me off. No Scuderi in Pitt, or even buying him out and we could have offered 2 mil.
I know his season here was bad due to injuries, but I don't think anyone wouldn't have thrown 2 mil at him for another prove it year.
Kudos on the steal Kings. |

It's gone for the most part anyways in the expansion draft so it doesn't matter |

He has/had a NTC so he couldn't be eligible for the expansion draft. You would have to keep him on your protected list. Thats if they kept the same rules as the last expansion draft |

Do you think any expansion team would pick him up
Kings should follow the rules and need to buy him out |

For one, that is still a few years away. Secondly, unless Richards plays a lot better than he has, no one would take him in the first place. Management teams aren't going to throw their money away for no reason. |

Richards NTC was voided when he was traded from Philadelphia to LA. It would have no standing on his protected status. |

Yeah, the Kings were doing it last season with Brown and Richards. And no one is going to take either of those two unless they make dramatic improvements in their play. Which is extremely unlikely at their ages. |

Wrong. Edmonton wanted MR at the draft before his mishap at the border. |
