its all or nothing with you. we can't put him on waivers if we don't have something reasonable to put in his place.. i think we keep him to the TDL and if we can get a bucket of pucks for him he gets traded

I take it you don't like mike?

Mike Weber is a good defensman when you play him in his role..as a #6 d man. Hes never been a top 4 guy and that's why he takes all the heat when he plays there. Happy for him

maybe they really don't need him playing and risking injury...pretty much know what he has to offer and know he's ready for the regular season...I guess

He's fine IF don't have any better options as a #6. Last few years we haven't really. But I think I'd rather see Donavan or McCabe there if he starts to progress.

If you are supposed to be a steady #6, you can't take the dumb penalties, or the routine puck off the legs into the net like we have seen.

He's had stretches where he's looked ok. Just few and far between

I'm going to speak heresy:

LionEater looked like a mere mortal Saturday nite.

He's fine IF don't have any better options as a #6. Last few years we haven't really. But I think I'd rather see Donavan or McCabe there if he starts to progress.

this will probably be ellis' and akeson's last game before they're waived and head to Rochester...if Rodrigues has a good game he might get an extended look...schaller too...

Rochester starts camp today with their first preseason game on Thursday...they need to start filling out their roster too
