"Karlsson doesn't play defense." "He should be a winger." "PKing is the decisive measure of defensive quality." "Look at his plus/minus rating from the year it was bad!" "I don't care, if you can't physically dominate someone, you can't be a top-5 defenseman. That's why Shea Weber, Ryan Suter, and Zdeno Chara (for some reason) are my top 3."

I think that's all the criticisms we'll see

Oh, and one of my own: Karlsson isn't as good turning right as he is turning left - he's not really what you would call an 'ambiturner'.

As u can see I listed Keith as my #1. But you're on glue to suggest Keith has a better shot at HOF then Doughty. Doughty is what, 5 yrs younger? And basically accomplished as much.

Doughty is probably in the HOF discussion as well and I should have had him before Weber. If they were the same age I'd have a hard time pcking between him and Keith as to who I'd want on my team more. But the two Norris trophies give Keith a lock on the HOF that Doiughty doesn't quite have right now.

Your point is who has done more to get to the HHOF not who's better. The Sedin Brother's resume has far more in it than Stamkos for any HHOF talk.
