Awesome Vlog. Personally on the Mike Richards front. I would love to have him on my team any day. I think he is a great talent and an even better natural leader and a fresh start is what he needs. However I think with him going to any team there has to be some kind of stipulation that before he plays he has to get counselling if he hasn't already and he does not get a free pass by any means. He would need some kind of supervision until the team feels he is okay and cleared by doctors.
