Crosby's body is built to give before Malkin's. You trade 87. You will get more for him anyways. |

Crosby has been so bad when fans chant "Crosby Sucks" they're giving honest coaching advice.
Crosby has sucked so bad the "Glass to Crosby" scale is getting reversed.
Letang has been so worthless the Pens defense is actually better when he isn't on the ice. |

The Penguins should just trade both Malkin and Crosby and then sign 2 of 3 of Stamkos, Kopitar, Staal |

Who's Brett Burns? I wonder if Something could be done between the Wild and Pittsburgh? We have a glut of good dmen, not only in the system but also currently on the team? |

Buff and Ladd for Malkin.
Yeah, Buff and Ladd are going to be UFAs; but losing the Malkin contract (9.5) could be put towards signing them. |
|
|
|
1) What good does a Stamkos trade do? 1/2 season then he "Bolts"
2) Who is the new #2 center if you do the Weber trade or the Burns/Marleau?
3) St.Louis? - Same as above - Which Center comes with Shatty from St.Lou?
4) Washington? - Nothings gonna happen inter division

As a fans pens... I don't c the pens trading Malkin anytime soon.... If anything, coach will be replaced first....
Just for kicks... I think one trade option could be to Colorado for
Duchene
Barrie

Why is everyone for trading a core member before replacing the passionless coach that doesn't fix anything? Its like everyone just throws common sense out the window and starts saying half baked ideas as if they will save the organization. |

Yeah but who are you targeting? Malkin? You'd have to move heaven and earth to clear the cap space for Malkin. His cap hit is higher than Parise or Suters. 9 mill I think?
I don't see any way Fletch sells the farm for an aging but still elite center with 6 years left on his deal.

Is Barrie actually on the trade block or are those reports a little overstated...like with Duchene? |

I would definitely be willing to pursue this. The Blues have been needing a #1 center for a long time. Shatty is going to be due a BIG raise after next year, you may lose him because you can't afford him anyway. As far as the C going back goes, I don't know. I dont think Berglund is someone they want, but feel free if they do.
I don't know, but there are only a few players that I would consider untouchable. Pass that, it may take 2 + a prospect to get him.... and i would do that. |
