I've been saying for weeks that I feel strongly that the Sabres need to upgrade their goaltending.


Duuh, Chad Johnson or Neuvirth? GMTM trades Neuvirth for Johnson, not only that, he lets Halak go. GMTM outsmarts himself, esp if overpaying for Lehner doesn't pan out. Upgrade goaltending? How about upgrading coaching, after 30 games, compare Bylsma to dare I say Babcock or even Hynes esp re: defensive breakdowns.

I like Byslma as a teacher. But I have a problem with him changing lines constantly, playing Gionta way too many minutes, giving Larsson too many chances, and covering up with excuses for veteran players. He is not doing much better than Nolan did, and he actually has good NHL players where Nolan had a bunch of AHL players.
