Since day 1 ROR has been the engine for this team. If he's out for a significant stretch, the rebuild gathers momentum, as a high pick is far more certain.

Btw, I think many will be surprised by what Chad Johnson can bring. The goalie market is very hot right now, he's been solid when he gets regular play, and we'll be fine w Ullmark behind Sugar long term.

I like that line

Kane and Bailey seem to be very similar style players. I would still put girgs down to 2C and Rhino 1RW, but it doesn't look as crappy as it might with our best player being injured. Queue the Tank!

Well this sucks without ROR for that long. Damn.


That ought to help us get to the bottom again right when it looked like we had clawed our way out of at least the bottom 3 or so.

Best faceoff guy.. top 1C, top PK and not PP guy I believe.


I will be really curious of how Eichel and Rhino respond as 1C and 2C now carrying this team. Does Kane step up big time in that top 6?

I just read an article from someoen saying that they think it might be an injury that he could otherwise miss maybe 1 week and then play through for the rest of the season but thought that in this scenario that they would just shut him down for the year to help the tank and look to 2016-2017.


Granted ROR is on like a 13 pointless streak if I remember right. It is Eichel and Reinhart who are BLAZING hot right now.
