Dubinsky doesn't have to engage but if your going to be an enforcer you should just beat the hell out of a guy if he wants to fight or not. I don't think Sestito is here to stay by any means but he def had the attention of the devils bench and threw some good hits around. |

Looks like I missed an eventful week. Hopefully the next two weeks are strictly positive. Pens are due to go on a good win streak. |

I'm still trying to understand how the Isles went 6-1 on their 7 game road trip, and the loss was against the Oilers. It's a successful road trip that feels like a turd and I don't know why.

That was a good trade for the Islanders I thought. So is Wang willing to spend to the cap in coming years or not? |

I doubt the Pens are catching the Isles. I think they'll be either 7th or 8th. I hope they can avoid TBL in the 1st round. |

3 points behind them... I see no reason to rule out catching them as a possibility. |

Isles have two games in hand too. Pens can catch them but it won't be easy at all. I'd rather play NYR than TBL or WSH. |

We also play them a few times... We lose to them tomorrow, then I can scratch that notion as possible without them slumping hard. |

This year everyone in the East just needs a good run and they'll be in the Finals. I hope it's us, but of all years this seems like a complete toss up. |

That's definitely fair. I'd really like to see LAK, CHI, WSH, and NYR all fail miserably this season. |

"Hopefully the Penguins get over their Tom Sestito fascination and return to playing bottom six players who can give around ten minutes of game action while not drowning in possession. "
I'm sure you're a nice guy and all, but maybe you should be covering the Leafs with that level of analytical excitement. |

Calling you a joke account is a nerve? god Toronto is a waste of space. You came in to cry about his tone over a 6th man call up, no one gives a (frank). |

Obviously you are wrong as we currently have two people discussing the subject.

plenty of time left for things to change especially with a few head to head games remaining. I think we've only played the pens once so far, so 3 left? or 4? I'm too lazy to check today.
tomorrow the gloves are off! unless we lose, in which case, I'll remain civil.

The one thing I did like that Sestito said, was that he won't have any issues with taking runs at the jackets better players if he needs to. I think the refs will set the tone early one way or another, its either going to be a PP filled night or a lot of ugliness on Friday. If Dubs takes liberties with 87 or 71, I have no problem with Sestito taking a run at their guys. |

I can honestly say I don't remember Sestito having a single good hit, the closest thing I remember was his attempt on Greene in the 1st where he completely missed and slammed himself into the boards, of course everyone got excited though because him colliding with the boards made a lot of noise so at least their was that. I mean they were only created with 10-12 hits as a team so it would be tough to believe Sestito had 30% of the teams total hits in 5 minutes.
