Perhaps Nylander would be the most fitting pick for the whole Buf/Tor rivalry., each team has USA's next great player and both would have one of the Nylander brothers

I think most Leafs fans (not all) don't want the Leafs to pursue Stamkos any more

Total guess on my part. Just thinking a little outside the box. If Tkachuk is there at 6, I would think Murray would love to get him. If not, we'll pick a nice prospect at 8.

lol, thats funny. buffalo is a great hockey market, when was the last time they were hurting for fans? never that I can remember.

Eichel is gonna be a beast. He's better than all of the Oilers 1st picks except M.C. David who just isnt even human.

if i'm not mistaken, there are a few people who think picks 4-8 (or 10) are all about equal in talent, it's more a matter of what a team is looking for

As far as I am concerned you can have Stamkos. The money and term this guy wants is something we don't need right now. If it was three years from now I would say differant. ( now especially with this blood clot thing)

I am really hoping someone signs him so Toronto doesn't. Most Leaf fans feel differantly then I do though.

I really have no idea what they would want from us but it will have to be a deal they can't pass up. I would just guess a roster player and a pick. Would Foligno or Girgs be offered and a pick? Who knows but as another poster pointed out, if Tkachuk is there at 6 for the Flames they will probably just take him.
